33pkr Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 33pkr website, mobile application or any of the services provided through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 33pkr.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of 33pkr following any updates to these Terms will be treated as acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current rules.

These Terms apply to all services offered through 33pkr including but not limited to the live casino, slots, table games, fishing games, crash titles, sports betting and all promotional activities. They apply whether you access the platform through a browser on your phone or through the 33pkr Android app.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use 33pkr, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 33pkr is strictly an adult platform. Underage access is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be the account holder acting on your own behalf. Opening or using an account on behalf of another person is not allowed.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary ban that you previously requested through 33pkr or any affiliated responsible gaming arrangement.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

33pkr reserves the right to request identity verification at any point. Players may be asked to confirm their age, identity or payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims are processed. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each person may only hold one active account on 33pkr. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or using different contact details — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any balances associated with secondary accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 33pkr will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately and change your password as soon as possible.

All account activity that occurs while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. 33pkr cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their login details.

33pkr reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account where suspicious activity is detected, where Terms are breached or where account information cannot be verified. In such cases, the affected player will be notified and given an opportunity to respond where this is appropriate.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 33pkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallet options as made available from time to time.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted. 33pkr may request confirmation that a deposit method is owned by the account holder as part of routine verification.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 33pkr balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant.
• 33pkr does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges depending on the type of transaction.
• If a deposit is made in error or reversed by the payment provider, the amount will be adjusted from your account balance accordingly.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. If a specific method is not available for withdrawal, alternative options may be offered. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This includes confirming your identity and the ownership of the payment method being used. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until verification is completed.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically handled the same day for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are shown in the cashier section of your account.
• Funds that were received as part of a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the relevant promotion terms for details.
• 33pkr reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

If there is any reason a withdrawal request cannot be processed — for example, if a pending verification document is outstanding — you will be notified by the support team with clear guidance on the next steps required.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

33pkr offers welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spin promotions and cricket-season specific campaigns throughout the year. Each promotion has its own set of specific terms including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements and expiry dates. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms and Conditions.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly in the offer details.
• Game restrictions: Some games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements. This is always specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if not used within the stated period. Expired bonuses are removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Players may not stack multiple active bonuses unless the promotion explicitly states that this is allowed.
• Abuse prevention: 33pkr reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or systematic exploitation of promotional offers is identified.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 33pkr platform are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and others. Each game operates according to its own rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which is displayed on the game card or within the game information panel.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slots and table games, and by live dealers using physical equipment for live casino titles. 33pkr does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed and settled.

• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once the game round has started.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical fault mid-round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. 33pkr will communicate with affected players when this occurs.
• Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results declared by the ICC or the relevant board overseeing the match. PSL results are settled as declared by the Pakistan Cricket Board.
• Winnings from sports bets are calculated using the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed and confirmed.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33pkr and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, along with forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts or automated systems to interact with the platform in ways that circumvent normal gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be voided.
• Money laundering or using 33pkr for any transaction that appears to be associated with proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to use payment methods belonging to other individuals.
• Colluding with other players in games where collusion is possible, including certain live poker and live game formats.
• Placing bets while under a valid self-exclusion or cool-off period.
• Harassment or abusive conduct directed at 33pkr staff or other players through any communication channel provided by the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

33pkr is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports informed and responsible play. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a source of financial pressure. These terms reflect that commitment and the tools we provide to support it.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account through the account settings section. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session reminders: You can enable session time reminders that alert you after a set period of play. These are available in your account settings.
• Cooling-off period: If you need a break from gaming, you can activate a temporary cooling-off period during which your account will be inaccessible for the duration you choose.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel that you need to step away from the platform for a longer period, you can request self-exclusion by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to open a new account on the platform.

10. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the 33pkr platform without prior written permission. This includes screen recording or streaming of gameplay in ways that are not explicitly permitted under the platform's creator or affiliate terms.

Game content is owned by the respective game studios and is licensed to 33pkr for use on the platform. All associated trademarks and branding belonging to those studios remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Limitation of Liability

33pkr provides the platform and all services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party service outages or events outside our control may affect platform availability.

• 33pkr shall not be liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — resulting from platform downtime, game errors that have been disclosed or technical issues caused by the player's own device or internet connection.
• We are not responsible for the content, availability or reliability of third-party payment providers. Issues with JazzCash, Easypaisa or other providers should be directed to those providers in the first instance.
• Game outcomes, once settled, are final. 33pkr is not liable for losses incurred through normal gameplay, including losing streaks or results the player considers unfair.
• To the maximum extent permitted, 33pkr's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the transaction directly related to that incident.

12. Amendments to These Terms
